Sports D³ is a regulated entity and was granted a crypto-license by the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit to operate custodial virtual currency wallet and virtual currency exchange in 27 European jurisdictions. No broker-dealer license or financial intermediary status has been secured as of the date of the last update. ‘Sports D³’ is currently in the process of submitting its application to receive the status of a financial intermediary, which will enable ‘Sports D³’ solicitation of investments, distribution of security tokens, deposit-taking activity, and other regulated financial services.
